In 1995, Fortune Food (China) Co. Ltd established our first brewing facility, using Taiwans production process combined with Chinese traditional brewing techniques producing high-quality sauces & condiments (including soy sauce, vinegar, bean paste and etc). Soon after, we invested a further $100 million yuan to expand production capacity, improve product quality and standards to strengthen production management. In December 2007, Fortune Food (China) Co. Ltd focused on soy sauce production as our core business and successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange, under the name CHINA FOOD CO.PLC (Chinese food), the ticker symbol CFC.
